E- Card Pricing

What is the best price guide for the E-Cards ? I recently went to buy a few cards on ebay and noticed a very big difference in prices using the PSA SMR and the 2009 Standard Catalog. Need help this is a new area for me. Thanks.

This is only one example from E 90-1 Jennings

For example: NM EX VG
