Anybody have any info concerning these cards, it appears to use the same picture as 1931 W517 strip card set?

I noticed two of the cards that I have, have a bluish hue while the other looks to be black and white. Is one color variation more scarce than the other? |

The dark red one IMO is the toughest color, many think its cut from the postcard, but I have seen one that looks to have dotted lines on the bottom edge. |
