Cardboard stock 7" x 9" 1907 Pickering's Wagner. It seems this is a 1 card set distributed by Pickering's Furniture Pitts. |

This one has nothing to do with my collection, really, but I had to add it because I think it's one of the very best images in the entire set. |

Way cool card of our first President, from 1885. Seems undergraded - looks like a lock for a "6" to me. |

That is one nice looking 3 Gene. Better be careful with those 1911 Zeenuts. They can be addictive. |

Jason, thanks for the nice words. I actually stumbled upon the Supplement accidentally while looking for something unrelated (no, not a new boiler haha). I got it from a Lew Lipset ebay auction, and I previously hadn't even heard of it. "Philadelphia Sporting Boiler". In the writeup Lew says there were 16 Supplements, one from each team at the time. I've never seen any others, so if anyone has one please show it! |

very cool Steve & Rob! Wish I had seen them earlier as they are awesome pieces IMO. That Cleveland photo is great. Not as many issues are available from 1904 time frame as is from 1909-1911 so its fun to see earlier stuff. |

This could get addicting. How many different Red Cobby back variations are there? On a side note, just got back from the hospital. I was doing a small roof repair on my house, & fell off. Broke two ribs, 2 fractures in my pelvis, fractured my tailbone, etc.. Moral of the story- if we can afford expensive old cardboard, pay someone else to fix it. Of course that would cut into the card budget. |

Paul, while I have great empathy for your injuries, I do note that your trigger finger is seemingly fine -- which is a shame, considering the number of nice postcards you'll be fighting me out on in the upcoming auctions. |

I wrote to Mr. Bill Werber (currently the oldest living MLB player) and asked him to sign this 38 Goudey. A few short days after sending it to him I got it back with his signature. He also included a signed postcard of himself in a Reds uniform. A true gentleman! |
