My wife just sent this to me. It looks to good to be true. Apparently, all you have to do is click on their web site and click on "EBAY" through them before you bid and you qualify. There is no fee. This is the message:

Some sort of affiliate deal.

Many of the poker sites have similar setups
where you can get a percent of the fees (rakeback)
rebated through a third party. The affiliate is
giving the kickback, not Ebay. You have to access
EBay via their link or you won't get credit for
the purchase.
