T-206 Back Question

Hi guys,

I picked this up over the weekend and I couldn't find an example on the T-206 Museum.

It appears like a basic SC 150 back with the red line across the bottom, however it has both
Factory No 649 1st Dist NY and
Factory No 30 2nd Dist NY

The factory 30 stamp is lighter and just above the red black out area.

So is this a rare card or just something that is not listed.

I am interested to hear about this back.
