That was a great clip they did there. Most people did not know they pitched underhand back then. Does anyone knoe the year they went to overhand? Barry you can not play on this one.. |

in 1872 the rules were changed where you no longer had to throw underhand with a stiff wrist and you could throw with a sidearm motion...it wasn't until 1884 though that a pitcher was allowed to throw overhand. |
