It was a year without baseball cards....

Christmas day came and went with no baseball cards given as gifts in our household. And I'm glad. I'm not sure how to explain it, but for some reason I don't want or even ask for vintage cards on Christmas. Whenever someone asks for my list, they are absent. Perhaps it is so everyday to me that I would rather keep that in my non-Christmas life. Anyone else feel similarly?
