I saw that earlier today on msnbc.com. Amazing. I think there was a bat that was thought to be one of the first bats - maybe 1840's or before - in one of the recent bigger auctions. Like this one, that one looked a lot like a stick with a little shape carved into it. It didn't go for anywhere near $2.2M. |
