With all the talk of altered cards....

I wanted to see if anybody here could tell me what's wrong with this Hall card. I submitted it to PSA and it came back evidence of altering. I know may be hard to tell from just a scan, not sure. The graded pic on the right is a scan from one of Wabbitwax's cards.
