I received a email that said that I tried to signon to my paypal account from a foreign IP address. So watch out guys it looks pretty real. Rob |

I too have been getting a lot of bogus emails from Paypal and Ebay. They both look very real. The ebay ones are in a form of a question about a bogus item that asks you to sign in. Watch out! |

I also receive emails that say either ebay or paypal needs to update my current information. Neither of them ever need to do that. Do not respond to any of those emails. Just delete them at once. Also, any email they might send you would have your name at the top. If it reads "Dear Valued Customer" it is bogus. |

but it is so simple to avoid these situations: Never use a link in an email for Paypal or Ebay. Go to the site directly and look for the message. |
