sorry guys but with all the image posting that goes on here, i just couldn't ignore this.

I've pointed some admittedly "technologically challenged" people to this site and they've used it. So here ya go:

edited to answer a question:
The new image needs to be saved to your hard drive, if you post the uploaded file link, it will go dead after a day.

If you want to install something locally on your computer:
Microsoft Image Resize Power tool
Note: This is a link to an executable hosted at microsoft.com.
It's pretty easy to use, all you do is right click on the original and find this on the menu.

This is the type of post that makes the board better and stronger. I am guilty of posting large images and this is just what I was looking for (to make my life easier) and everyone happier!
