Stolen Collections

There is currently a thread about a stolen collection in or around the Chicago area. What is the status of the Houston theft? How about Ben Fisher's theft, some of which once turned up in Montreal? Any others?

Have we had any success in catching and prosecuting the evildoers? But more importantly, have any cards been returned to their rightful owners?
