1934 Butterfinger advertising cards

The butterfinger set I know comes in two variations - 1 paper stock and 1 with cardbaord stock that also has an ad of the front for butterfinger. My question is does the whole set come in both variations? I have only seen one card with the ad on the front, but after reading a little about the set it sounds as though you can find the complete set both ways.

Lew Lipset sold a group of 11 different in April.

In the description, he claims that only 11 different cardboard Butterfingers exist, and he identifies them. He is mistaken, however, as I personally own at least 2 others--a Frisch and Tex Carleton. Still, no one has come forward, to my knowledge, with evidence of a complete set, and since they're damn hard to find as it is, asssembling such a set would be extremely difficult even if every card was produced with the ad front.

The cardboard examples certainly seem to be less common. However, the thin stock ones are VERY difficult to find in mid-high grade condition.
