I can not believe the grades on some of this cards(Cobb's). What is going on with PSA, that horrible!

On the Cobbs at least they are consistent. They are all overgraded by 1.

OMG. That just about can't be right. Think PSA would "cross-over" cards in their own holders from earlier years?? I'll send in a few I have right now if they'll come back 4's.
