My local card shop just got some old judges in stock and I paid $480 for this one. My question is if anyone sees any reason why it couldn't get into a sgc holder. It measures 2 1/2 inches top to bottom, which is what the book says they nominally measure. Also opinions on whether the price is fair are welcome as well. Finally, is this the variation where he's giving the finger (it's hard to tell)? |

It's possible that it's trimmed at the bottom, but I think $480 is still a very good deal. He's not flippin' the bird. Robert Edwards Auctions has the "middle finger extended" version in their current auction. You can look at the picture there and you'll see the difference. |

Nice pick up for $480. You'll definitely know the bird flipping picture when you see it. |

Nice Pete. Great pickup and good to see that the folks at SGC weren't too picky about that bottom edge. |

They were both mine. I still have the Artball, though. |
