early hall of fame coin i found.. any help on it

early hall of fame coin i found.. any help on it

this is the front.

here is the back. date reads 1939

if you cant read the back it says this....

"to all pioneers who were the moving spirts of the game in its infancy and to the players who have been elected to the hall of fame...we pay just tribute, but i should like to dedicate this museum to all america..."
