Question about card positioning within SGC slab.

Can anyone tell me when SGC changed the positioning of the card within their gasket? Did they move the card closer to the label and is this the way all newly graded SGC slabs look? I've included a scan of two examples to show the difference. Note: These are not my cards just pictures that I have in my scan library. Thanks for the help.

I dont think they changed the positioning - each set probably has a slightly different position based on the size of the cards etc. E93s are a bit larger than t206s - all of my e93s are in the same position - all of my t206s are in the same position - but the two sets are not in the same position as each other.
