I'm new here--Seeking advice

I have a bunch of baseball cards from the 1950's that my Dad has given to me (Ted Williams, Jackie Robinson, Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, just to name a few) that I am looking to sell. Can anyone give any advice as to the best way to go about this? E-Bay? Do I need to have my cards graded first? How does that work? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
