This guy has a number of lots that supposedly came from a scrapbook that grandpa left him . He gaurentees some of his lots and not others. Plus, his feedback leaves something to be desired. Looks like another case of trying to hide a fake Wagner among some good t206s.

I believe he has another 8-card lot with the Wagner listed too. Apparently another "deadbeat" bidder didn't pick up that lot either. Maybe because the bidders realized that he was selling reprints.
