The 34 World Wide Gum card spells Earl Combs name with two Os - Coombs. The card is identical to his 33 Goudey card, except for the spelling of the name. So it seems to me it should be more difficult to make an error, I mean didn't they just use the same image with the same words and everything? Well, I'm guessing no one knows these days, but I still thought it was interesting. |
