Should PSA do half grades?

I have wondered for a while why PSA does not do half grades like SGC and GAI? It would make sense for them to do it in my opinion for a lot of reasons. Any thoughts?

P.S. This is not intended to be an open invitation to bash PSA. That has been done quite thoroughly.
