I purchased a 1941 Playball wrongback at a card show for $10 last year, thought it would be a nice oddball item. Noticed something this morning, that I can't explain. The front shows Card #46 Sid Hudson of the Washington Senator's which is from the non short-printed series. The back features #51 Dolph Camilli which is the 3rd card in the short-printed series. How can a wrong-back card have the front of a regular print, and the back of a short print??? |
