What's a good value on a LS 40TC Ty Cobb Bat?

I am thinking of selling this bat, but I was wondering what would be a good value on this...There is no signature on the bat which makes me believe that it was probably a decal bat with the decal worn off. It's pretty beat, but hey it's a Cobb bat. Any ideas?

$100-$150. This is by no means an estimate of value. Rather, it is what I as a bat collector would be willing to pay if I came across it. The knob split is a BIG problem for your bat and the chunk off the end of the barrel doesn't help either.

One sold a couple of weeks ago on ebay, i was the under bidder. It was the same type of bat with the decal but it was gone also. It went for $52. This one was from the 20's yours is from 1917-21.

Dan,

I've seen a number of these type bats on Ebay. You correctly assessed that it is a decal bat with the decal gone. I'd guess that the bat would bring between $50 and $150, depending on which way the wind is blowing on Ebay.

Dan yours is a bit better condition than the ebay example and the dash dot dash is far more desireable.

I think the one on ebay is in better shape, because it has way better color, dan's bat looks like someone sanded it down.
