I just bought this book on ebay. It is without its covers. I would like to get it restored. If anyone has a high resolution scan of the front and back covers, please let me know.

Max- check Mark Rucker's website ruckerarchives.com. There's a good chance it is there, and if so, he can get you a copy. The cover is visual so I'm sure he saved it somewhere.
