this guy has bid on real Ruth signatures in the past. I'm guessing that he needs these to figure out how to reproduce this autograph. My four year old daughter could do a better job though!!!!

One of the many things that bothers me about Ebay is the way Ebay (and Paypal) turn a blind eye to fraud, both from sellers and buyers.

My personal collection is low grade, somewhat inexpensive T206's, but I am amazed at how many PRO graded cards in 9.0 and 9.5 are on the market. They are also ketyword spammed with PSA. Although they're too expensive for me, the highest grades I normally see from a legitimate grading company (PSA, GAI, SGC) are 6's with an occassional 7.)

The PRO sellers also normally have "private auctions", which is a big red flag to me. I've emailed them asking to provide a warranty as to the card's authenticity and a guarantee that the card has not been trimmed. When they respond (rarely), I get the "PRO is an industry leading grader...no refunds or guarantees...blah, blah, blah."

Here endeth my tirade.
