That is a 1913 Napoleon Lajoie Game Card-- from a deck game (each card in the deck pictures Lajoie in the same pose). I may be mistaken, but I beleive the set was issued by Parker Brothers. |

It's a Lajoie game card. Wuite cammon and can usually be found on eBay for $10-15 |
