is late 19th to early 20th century. There were a bunch of different companies that issued those 'position' pins in different sizes. Some were color, some were gold with players on them and they had the company names on the front of them. Nice pickup for what you paid for the lot. I need that Gehrig for my set but hope for one in just a hair better condition............the position pin is worth what you paid for the lot........ |

but of the same 'type' and probably same timeframe. There were smaller and larger (like the ones you have I think) pins. The smaller ones were more like the P2 Sweet Cap pins and the larger ones are more like the Cameo Pepsin pins. What Cracker Jack pins do you need.....email me as I have a couple of dupes. |
