Attractive, generic cards, 1884. The front begins in the middle and goes both ways. My catcher is dressed in reddish orange, with a minimal wire mask, and bare nands stretched out in front of him. In the upper left-and corner (both of them), is a blue baseball with "catcher" on it. The back is in various shades of brown, a sketch from behind the batter's box, showing slightly bent catcher, batter, pitcher, a lady in a long dress and two gentlemen, the 2nd baseman and short stop. Very professional looking, rounded corners. |
