We must have been having the same thought Scott because i was bidding on that card when you were,i got that damn ebay problem with bid amount notice which means you must have bid right before me.....no problem though because my bid wouldnt have been high enough to beat the original high bidder you outbid |

...you can get some interesting results. I don't know if that's the case with this one or not, but I've seen several blue portrait Chase cards where Hal seems to be looking down and to the right. I also saw two Johnson portraits being sold at the same time by the same dealer, and they were each "looking" in different directions. But my favorites are when the "lipstick" is off - Hugh Jennings looks especially weird on a bad makeup day. |
