Hey all....an E92 Cobb question

So we already know that the E92 Cobb (Crofts Candy and Cocoa) is a very tough card. To those that own...or have handled this Cobb, which of these two backs seems to be the tougher of the two? I have personally viewed/handled three Crofts Cocoa and one Crofts Candy. Curious how the numbers pan out...thanks!

I have viewed/handled 4-5 Croft's & Allen examples come up for sale, including the one I sold you, but know of only 2 Croft's Cocoas ever being offered.

I agree with Pete, cocoa appears tougher.

I have personally seen fewer of the "candy" vairiety. But then again I am only an avid amateur compared to many on the board.

Mike- I have a nice E92 Cobb candy in vg-ex condition. I have talked with quite a few people regarding this exact card and would say the cocoa is much harder at least in my experience. I did email Lew Lipset about 3 or 4 months regarding this also. Here is what he said

I have seen and owned the E92 with all three known backs (Crofts & Allen,
Crofts Cocoa and Nadja) and have probably owned 6-7 in my life. It is a very
underrated Cobb card, without question the most difficult of all the Caramel
Cobbs (less the impossible sets). However it is not longer considered an
impossible card.

The card looks nice, in my opinion easily worth $1,500-$2,000, though my
recollection is the guides price it poorly which would make it difficult to
get that.
