Images not showing up in BST? Updates Here

Just made a post in BST memorabilia section and my images didn't load. Checked a few others and not seeing them either. Site issue or my comupter/service?

update- The engineers working behind the scenes accidentally brought the system down. The s/w is being worked on quite a bit recently....This picture issue is ongoing as of now and is being addressed.


I think there are some issues going on. It did the same thing to me. I will get it reported...

I wasn't able to download to the forum just now but was able to post this from a link.

I am bumping this thread on purpose to test the database. There are some corrupted files and the system will be brought down to fix them, eventually. Hopefully, it will be planned ....thanks for your patience.

On my computer I can see the 1967 Topps Brooks Robinson I posted. I cannot see it on my cellphone.

On the postwar side there is a Willie Mays thread with a long series of posted images back to 2024 and through yesterday-- none of which I can see on my computer after post #4.

For me about half are showing up now.

I don't think anything is going to get fixed in the next few days. WE are looking at a major upgrade or completely getting a new platform. Sorry for the issues. No one wants them fixed sooner than I do.

This is a good time to use any type of place that can host your pics for showing on the forum. Flicr, your own website, or any other hosting site should work. Then you click on the yellow, little mountain box (above here), put the link in the box and viola...a card appears. It can be a short term work around
for some members.

Thanks for the info. I think I figured it out.

I have heard good things about Circle as a platform. I have used Discourse before but don't remember much. Seemed much better than this platform in terms of UX and Stability.
