I'm 99% sure this is no good.
1. Blank back. Everyone I've ever seen has printing on the back. 2. Not in the PSA Holder - looks like it was sent in and sent back due to questionable authenticty. 3. Corners cut, never seen one like that. 4. Could be a Proof, but PSA grades Proofs and note them as such and would have here if they thought that.
