Help with a card not on a checklist

So I am trying to have a 2019 Topps Transcendent Alex Rodriguez purple /10 graded with PSA, but there is no information on this card. I couldn’t find the card on the checklist. Can someone please shed some light on this?

Any help will be appreciated
