One just below the arm pit on the front. Multiple stains going down back right. Finally, two little white dots diagonally up from the elbow on the left of the card and another in the lower right parallel to just below the belt. Patch of paper loss on the back right hand side on the ends of the lines from Holte down to Frisch. There is also a small white dot at the base of the "e" in "Phillies" for the Williams line. $450.00 1921 Gassler's American Maid Bread Rawlings-creases here, there and everywhere. Rounding of the corners-$100.00 1922 V89 Wm Paterson Jones-break in the paper top right border diagonally up to the right of the cap. Vertical crease into middle of the cap and forehead. Crease in both bottom right and botoom left corners. Corner wear-$150.00 1922 V89 Wm Paterson Schang-Heavy horizontal crease upper left to upper right border through cap. Also from middle of the crease is a wrinkle into the center of the forehead. Staining upper left and right as well from left to right across the top of the back. Back has the stain on the case of a former sticker-$150.00 1933 Butter Cream Wright-$150.00. 1933 Worch Cigars Martin SGC 45 VG+ 3.5-$200.00 S/h is $6.00 because of size. 1939 Play Ball Averill PSA 5.5 EX+-off-center to the left on the front. The following distinctions are on the case and not on the card. There is a diagonal scratch from the black background in the case through the brown background and into the case area over Averill's ear on the left side of the card. Also, and I have never seen this before, on each side where the vertical inside case line comes to end at the top next to the card there is a little black spot on each-$100.00. S/h unless otherwise noted is $5.00 outside of California, Oregon and the state of Washington. In these states because of distance from Pittsburgh, the s/h is $5.50. Also, coming in is a 1917-1920 Felix Mendelsohn George Burns (N.L.). Price and description will follow after arrival. S/h on this item will be $6.50 because of size.
Update and price: The 1917-1920 Felix Mendelsohn George Burns (N.L.) comes in on Tuesday May 9. Here are the flaws. Obviously, corner wear and edge wear. From top to bottom, top right corner crease. Diagonal surface wrinkle from right border parallel to the elbow on the right side to parallel to the eyes. Below that is a much smaller wrinkle. Below that is a small indent on the surface paper parallel to the belt. Lower left there is suffer wear/white paper crease inside the card parallel to the hip. Lower left, parallel to the base of "L" in "L.F." is the slightest bit of an indent in the edge. Toning on the back. $150.00 (Sod to Marckus99) Last edited by Brian Van Horn; 05-05-2023 at 08:45 AM. |
