Ebay selling question
Sorry if this has been covered before.
if I sell a PSA graded t206 on ebay it says I need to mail it to an authenticator first and then they mail it to the buyer. Is that necessary? Can I just send directly to the buyer or will there be "repercussions"? thanks ~ Rob
