| What are these strips?

Now that the auctions are over...ebay listings tonight included a bunch of baseball strips that look like w 516 but have player names on top third of card. Does anyone know what these are? |

I'm not a strip card expert nor will I ever buy one, but this looks suspect to me. Printing is too clean.

They're 1920 W529's cut from the sheet. I tried to get the Ruth also, but missed out. From SGC's pop report, they also grade/holder the singles.

All 12 photos on that sheet appear to be flipped from their originals. I show boxer Lew Tendler's source photo as part of this post about his W529-1 card.
