Vintage Sports Restorations did a good job for me on a refinish a few years ago. Not sure if he does the kind of restoration you are looking for. John Taube's guy is likely the best but he is also expensive. It depends on the value of the bat and whether you are a collector or looking to sell down the road. If you are looking to sell, John's guy is likely the best option.
