Price drop: N172 Clarkson, Nichols

1886 McCormick: ~~$3250~~ SOLD
1887 Clarkson: ~~$1400~~ $1300
1889 Nichols: ~~$3500~~ $3300

Nichols is torn at the top (repaired with the piece of tape on the back) but does not appear to be "altered" in any way that should have precluded it from a numerical grade.
