One of the underrated aspects of collecting T206 cards is how nicely they display together with other T206 cards. The set isn't numbered, so you can arrange the cards in any way you like. I've put together a couple of collages of my own set to illustrate this.
First up the Sunset progression Sunset.jpg Up Next is the pitch delivery Pitch Delivery.jpg Finally, my personal favorite, the 350 series action shots, with solid backgrounds 350 Rainbow.jpg I've got a combination 350 series action shots and portraits grouping out for framing, and will be sure to share it when it comes back. Have you got any particular favorite among my arrangements? Any other way you like to display your T206s? |

Love it! Perhaps you’ve seen the complete set 520/524 binder sorted by color? Well my collection is hardly that but I do enjoy displaying them as part of my Brooklyn collection.

I have seen the binder sorted by color, it was actually the inspiration for my reorganization. |

Very cool. I like all 3 quite a bit. The pitch delivery progression is something I wouldn't have thought of. Beautiful stuff, thanks for sharing! |

Totally optional but I’d love to put your pitching progression pic on the SABR Baseball Cards Twitter feed. Will only do with your permission. If okay, let me know how you’d like credited.

I love the pitch delivery and action pose groupings in the OP for display purposes.
Here are a couple pictures of my custom frame and matte project I made with the Kansas City Blues team set. I love seeing how others display their cards! Pic1.jpg Pic11.jpg |

Ted is bringing the serious heat! Wow!!
And T206 Jim - bonus points for doing the one simple thing I personally think improves all card displays: left and right edge cards with players facing toward center of display. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Great set T206Jim. I’ve been trying to figure out if I want to frame in white or black, and I think you’ve swung the balance to black.
Thanks for pointing out the directions of the images Jason. There was something aesthetically pleasing about that display I couldn’t quite pinpoint. I’ll have to incorporate that into any other display I attempt in the future |

I first developed this theory 9 years ago regarding these 12 subjects in the 460-only Series. I refer to this group as the "EXCLUSIVE 12".
For more info, refer to Net54 thread.... https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=163949 Displayed here is my hypothetical 96-card sheet of these 12 subjects, based on American Lithograph's 19-inch wide press used for small size images; and, a standard size 19" x 24" cardboard sheet of that era. .. v ............................................ 19" x 24" sheet .............................................v ![]() TED Z T206 Reference . |
