SOLD Authentic All-Star Game lineup Cards

Obtained from the estate of prolific sports photographer, Mel Bailey.

Testing the waters here before sending to an auction house.

First card is from the 1979 All-Star game in Seattle. Starting pitchers were Nolan Ryan and Steve Carlton. This item will be a nice display piece for player collectors. (I would consider a trade only for a 1978 MSA Wiffle Ball bat/ball combo box with Nolan Ryan & Ron Cey if anyone has one.

Second card is for the 1988 All-Star game in Minneapolis Cincinnati. Starting pitchers were Dwight Gooden and Frank Viola. Along with the lineup card, I will also include two photographs taken by Mel Bailey himself of the starters for display and matting purposes if you so desire. The images were not captured at the actual game.

Very cool pieces.....One minor correction was that the 1988 ASG was actually held in Cincinnati, however Twins skipper Tom Kelly was the A.L. manager (due to winning the A.L. pennant the season prior) & most likely brought with him one of his lineup cards....
