I'm sure this has been answered elsewhere, but I know I'll get the answer just as quickly through a post.
For t206 cards of a certain series (let's say Sweet Caporal 350-460 for simplicity sake), if a card appears with a Sweet Cap 350-460 back, does that guarantee that that card can be found with every Sweet Cap 350-460 factory? Put another way, if Joe Smith appears with a Sweet Cap 350-460 factory 30, does that mean he also has a Sweet Cap 350-460 Factory 42 scroll, Factory 42 no scroll, and factory 25? If a player doesn't show with all corresponding factories, is there a resource that sets out which players have which factories? Thanks |

Unfortunately, I can only answer part of your question since I am still learning t206 everyday. Based on this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbkrciGsII4&t=2s some t206s that come with SC 350-460 can't be found with factory 30, unless they are those yellow brown printing scraps. You can probably find answers for the rest of your questions from t206resource.com |

Check into this thread and you will find the answer to a lot of questions you may have regarding T206 cards.... T206 Reference Specifically to your question...... With respect to the 460-type backs (BROAD LEAF 460 and Red HINDU), the cards of Group A are Mutually-Exclusive with the cards of Group B (AB 460 and UZIT). I discovered this while doing research on the AB 460 cards and BROAD LEAF 460 cards back in 2010. Refer to.... 350/460 mutually-exclusive cards....post #14. Hi Ted Z,
Your t206 knowledge is second to none, so thank you for taking time to respond. I don’t think I asked the question clearly (or more likely didn’t properly understand your reply). I understand that not every card has every back, but what I was trying to determine is if a card is known to have a SC 350-460 (or piedmont 350, or whatever), does that mean it automatically has that back with every corresponding factory that produced it? |

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you are implying that the various T206 cards were produced at the various Factories. Most of these Tobacco cards were printed in New York City at the American Lithographic Co. And, then shipped by rail to the various Tobacco plants throughout the country. I'm sorry if I have misunderstood. Please try me again. TED Z . |

I’ll keep it to S.C. 350-460. As far as I know they were produced with backs showing factory 25, factory 30, and factory 42 (both with and without scroll). That would mean it’s possible to find four different S.C. 350-460 backs. If, for example, Red Murray can be found with a SC 350-460 factory 25 back, does that mean I can always find him with the S.C. Factory 30 and both factory 42 backs as well? Or do some players only have the factory 42 backs but not the 30 and/or 25s? I hope this makes sense

When I look to see what backs are available for a particular card I use this list https://t206resource.com/WhiteBordersMaster.html. I'm not sure how up to date it is but it is a good place to start.

You can find all the checklists here
https://www.t206resource.com/Checklist%20Main.html You can also type in a particular player in the searchable database and get the back info on that player Here's the Murray portrait info https://www.t206resource.com/Checkli...ToDetails=True |

It depends which series the T206 subject is in. Murray (portrait) is in the 460-only Series. Another T206 subject in the 350/460 Series will differ (as my illustrated info in Post #3 indicates). The backs are a complex situation which varies as a function of the Series (150, 150/350, 350-only, 350/460, and 460-only). I have covered these situations in.... T206 Reference TED Z . |
