Question regarding shipping to Canada

I have to ship some posters to Canada and they are going into a Small Mailing Tube Box USPS Priorty Mail International. When creating a label with cost on USPS there is no option for the dimensions of this tube box which is 25" x 6" x 6". Does anyone know what this might fall under as far as pricing? Thank You

I popped in a random address I had in my files for Ontario in Stamps.com and came up with the following:

$35.72 up to 1 lb.
38.57 up to 2 lb.
41.37 up to 3 lb.
44.18 up to 4 lb.
46.98 up to 5 lb.


The dimensions of your box fall well within the 106" inch limit (length + 2x height + 2x width) for that service.

At the Post Office it will probably be a little bit more. Not sure if there's region pricing for other Provinces.

Thank you kindly Dave. Wondering if I would check off Priority Mail International Flat Rate Small Flat rate since these small mailing tubes dont have a separate category.

Do not use “Flat Rate” unless you are using the actual Flat Rate boxes or envelopes they give out at the post office. Your buyer will get seriously dinged or they will simple return them to you. Flat Rate applies to ONLY the boxes and envelopes that have that printed on them, you don’t get to make your own Flat Rate boxes/envelopes. If however you Can fit them in one of those predetermined flat rate boxes/envelopes then go for it.

Yeah, unless it says "Flat Rate" somewhere on the box, it's not applicable. The USPS non-flat rate boxes, just means their dimensions are within the acceptable shipping limits and you probably won't get hit with a balloon charge, but you still get charged for the actual weight of the item.

As a Canadian who has bought an item from Neal, I wanted to say I appreciate you and the other sellers who attempt to ship to Canada.
