Default FS: c.1880's Standard Special League Bat...Painted End

For sale is an outstanding example of a circa 1880's painted-end baseball bat. This Standard Bat Co., 'Special League, No. F' is a stout, solid, hefty 34" in length, and is completely un-cracked.

This piece boasts crisp, clear, stenciled graphics, a perfect knob, and a virtually flawless flat topped barrel. There is no split, swollen, or raised grain on the hitting surfaces...its as clean and well conditioned a bat from this era as you will ever see.

Even the most discerning of early equipment collections would be advanced by the addition of this fine specimen.

Price: $2250.00 (includes USPS priority shipping with insurance/tracking).

Please feel free to reach out with any and all questions... email: jayz43_1b@yahoo.com

Regards,
Jonathan
