Help needed. Ebay sale and refund question.
Hello. I recently had a very small ebay sale (and now a second) and after a month and a half it has not yet been delivered. So, they opened a case and was awarded a refund. This is quite understandable.
My question is, what if it is delivered after the refund is issued. Can I request ebay to charge them back and make payment to me? Or am I out for both the payment and cards and the buyer now has free cards? Thanks, Bob
