did they change ebucks?
I won a lot yesterday that I haven't paid for yet. Happily, today I got a 5% ebucks offer. Unfortunately, at checkout it's not showing up (just the usual 1%). But when I add other stuff to the cart, the other stuff checks in at 5%.
In the past I swear that the ebucks bonus applied to anything you're paying for (provided that it meets the offer conditions, which all of this stuff does), regardless of when you won the auction. Is that true, or is my memory playing tricks on me? (Also possible.)
