Default WTB - Paying for pictures of 1933 raw Goudey cards and sets

Hi this is kind of odd but I need to collect about 1000 images of the fronts of and backs of Goudey cards for an automated grading/fraud project I'm working on. I'm willing to pay folks in vintage cards (I've got some Goudeys of my own) as well as a host of Pre-1960 Red Sox cards. If none of that's of interest I'd be willing to pay $.25 a card (front and back images) and a little more in card value.

The cards should be a raw and the images should be taken close up on a reasonably current smart phone. They cant be scans or downloaded from this site or the web. I've set up a Dropbox for this purpose. Message me at kevinlenane@gmail.com and we can work out how you'd like to be paid for your images and I can send you a sample image for resolution type. I can't post it here bc the images get compressed for web display but it's just a regular photo taken on an iPhone/android device... anyway let me know thanks!

Note scans are no good - they have to be smart phone pics of a single card - and I can't grab them off this site bc they are too compressed to be indicative of typical usage.

Default Raw/slabbed?

Do the images have to be taken of raw cards, or can they be photographed in their slabs? Front and back? Also, any year Goudey or just 33?

Thanks and good luck!!!

Is it ok if a card is in a page?

Hey all - so the images should be of raw cards. Im going to teach the system to work on slabs but for the training data raw would be best. They cant really be in a sheet because it kind of mucks up the edge and size detection. I am still hoping to find someone with a raw set or decent sized collection - as I will compensate in cash or cards. Its definitely been a slog getting consistent uncompressed (by posting on a site) imagery.
