There seem to be endless supplies of "freshly graded" pre-war cards hitting the market. Some are reholders, some are doctored (as we know), and maybe some are truly new-to-the-hobby. I feel most are just getting reholdered or shuttled between the TPGs. What percentage do you think are actually being graded for the first time?
