Beware of eBay buyer bigzroc1984 (Miguelina Paulino Douglaston, NY)
Hi,
Just a friendly heads-up to fellow Net54 members on eBay....eBay buyer bigzroc1984 (Miguelina Paulina from Douglaston, NY) is a dead-beat buyer, as he won 17 auctions from me a few weeks back & never paid. Given eBay's lovely feedback system of no negative feedback allowed for buyers, this guy has 100% feedback, despite tons of negative statements in the positive ratings, and their system still hasn't flagged his non-payment activity to ban him (as of today).
