What does this have to do with Pre-WW II baseball? I saw on the Cubs broadcast tonight that Stevens was a Chicago native and Cubs fan. He was born into a wealthy family and attended both the 1929 and 1932 World Series.
Doing that, I imagine he collected cards. I just wonder what cards he had back then and if he kept any of if they were thrown out when he went into the Navy? David |
