Comprehensive List of Altered card
Is there a list (possibly searchable or in chronologic order) of all PWCC altered cards. The one posted to the blow-out forum are very difficult to navigate.
Also the PSA CERT number threads are not organized well, is there a place that has them all listed in chronological order? If a Cert number is listed on these threads what does that mean, the card is altered, the card was submitted by Moseir, etc? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Would love to see a go to web site which list all the certs and what the issue is which each cert. Hopefully it it becomes a mainstream reference source for the entire hobby including AHs and eBay sellers having full disclosure and stop pumping the opinion (grades) of the TPG.
